Job Responsibilities:
• Provide professional call handling services to the customers
• Log maintenance, cleaning and pest control requests in the system
• Thorough understanding of building users and whereabouts as provided by the UAE University
• Collation of service performance data via facilities management calls Logging system "report"
• Collation of number of calls attended and outstanding at end of month
• Ensure telephone directory database is sought from operator, maintained and updated accordingly
• Coordinate with the security in event of untoward happenings at site
• Maintain staff evacuation checklist during Emergency
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain filing system
• Review employee data to ensure that required information is provided and enter file data into system
• Maintain an indexing and cross-referencing system
• Type reports and correspondences from handwritten drafts within specified time limits
• Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and classifications.
• Provide reception service and operate telephone calls
• Take and maintain minutes of departmental meetings
• Work on the Banner System (It is an administrative software application developed specifically for higher education institutions. It's maintains student, alumni, financial and personnel data)
• Issuance of staff related letters and perform other functions
• Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
Job Responsibilities:
• Verify student's identification, set up and maintain responsibility for student's database before testing session
• Control the organization and distribution of skill cards and collect them back during each exam session
• Provide needed link for the flow of information and data from testing center, instructors and coordinators
• Help the testing manager in performing their duties such as proctoring, reporting any exam discrepancy etc.
Job Responsibilities:
• Receive and check IPO (initial public offering) of shares
• Ensure data entry of application on the system
• Solve customer issues, closing account, check book requests, statements, checking balance and handle help desk duties, i.e.
