Supervise/monitor all roughing works such as layout of excavation area,
foundations, infrastructure, roads, formworks, steel bars installation, pre stressing
works, roof framing, tinsmith works, and concreting works of fences, column, and
beams.
Supervise/monitor subcontractors, admin workers for daily task and activity.
Everyday inspection prior to concrete casting to ensure the quality and
conformance with the specification and standards.
Planning/Scheduling/Forecasting of Items or area for concrete casting.
Documented daily/weekly/monthly progress report, site diary, preparing of
Request for inspection, Request for information, follow ups, Memo and
Accomplishment report.
Reviewed the technical drawing details for Civil/Structural, Architectural, basic
Electrical and Sanitary works and coordinated with the Consultant for any
discrepancy on plans.
Responsible for creating and maintaining all documents that will be needed for the mobilization and completion of the project assigned.
Supervised/Monitored and arranged the construction for Earthworks, site preparation, civil works, infrastructure, roads, land development and temporary facilities.
Documentation such as everyday progress report, with close supervision and monitoring of daily activities of the project, preparing site memo and follow-ups.
Establishing budget for special and additional works from foundation to finishing detail that is not included with the original plan/budget before and during construction.
Responsible to process the Progress Billing and Down Payment of all contractors assigned under my supervision.
Supervised all roughing works such as layout of excavation area, formworks, steel bars installation, pre-cast wall installation, roof framing, tinsmith works, concreting works of fences, column, beams & footing.
Quality Control/Assurance of all details and specification of Architectural, Structural, basic Plumbing and Electrical before the Move-in of our clients or Unit Owner.
Generally manage the manpower required for the construction, implement the approved plans and designs assigned for the project in a sound engineering practice.
Prepare manpower and construction work schedules and monitor approved timeliness and budgets.
Ensure that the works, schedule and expenses are monitored and kept within the approved schedule, quality and budget.
Regularly update and report to the owner on the project status with regards to schedule and expenses.
Manage/supervise site workers in accomplishing and completing projects on time and within the budget.
Prepare shop drawings, take offs, costing, proposals and estimates prior to implementation and/or submission to unit owners
