Pre-tender to Post-Contract Works - The Royal Atlantis, Resort and Residences
1. Successfully tendered and won the project worth more than 3 Billion Dirhams.
2. Handled and maintained the revision of quantities during tender stage.
3. Responsible in organizing the RFI.
4. Created the weekly actual progress report by coordinating with Site Engineers and Subcontractors. 5. Created the standard variation template to be used in the project.
6. Constructed the inventory list for the materials delivered on site.
7. Responsible in contacting clients and conducting meeting for various variations within the drawings and specifications.
Post-Contract Works - Bahrain Four Season Hotel Project
1. Prepared and organized the quantities as per changes in the drawings and specifications.
2. Coordinated with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and procurement department for the material price related to variations.
3. Responsible in inspection of actual site works together with the Area Engineer.
Tender Works - Head Office
1. Studied tender drawings and specifications from concrete foundation to finishes (Fit out).
2. Coordinated with fellow Quantity Surveyor for any revisions in layout and specifications.
3. Calculates quantities as per Bill of Quantities and as requested by the Estimator and Material Engineer.
4. Preparation of Queries (RFI) or clarifications.
5. Finalization of price as per Bill of Quantities or as instructed by the Estimator for tender submission.
1. Responsible in Coordinating with the Operation and Accounts department for the creation of Project monthly report, project cash flow / progress of works.
2. Prepared Quotations based on the Customer’s Specification.
3. Created the Project Budget Forecast report (Cash Flow - Mobilization)
4. Created the Project Schedule as per client’s requirements ( Microsoft Planner )
5. Successfully procured materials and maintain relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.
6. Managed and maintain the daily changes in material prices locally and outside the Middle East.
7. Created, Maintained and updated the Company’s Supplier’s Contact Data base.
