Assure the responsibility of management and development of the Warehouses
operations and its team within permanent care about quality, efficacy and profitability.
Follow realization of goals, propose and adopt possible correction measures
Assure favorable working climate .
Manage all below work flow :
Insure an accurate goods receipt, in quantity and condition and quality .
Report to concerned departments ( logistics and finance ) for any short
shipment or damages .
Immediate SRV /GRV entry and posting through
the appropriate adopted system ( ERP : Great Plain ) Citrix .
Total coordination with different departments ( Finance, Distribution, Sales and Marketing)
Immediate scanning and bar coding and tagging when needed .
Direct and efficient storage of the goods in their proper location .
Make sure that out bounding is fulfilling all criteria’s vis-à-vis quantity and quality
according to the respected transfer document or Invoice .
Managing the Re-order Minimum Level, in coordination with Logistics and Finance .
Continuous Inventory Checks and Stock Taking in coordination with Finance Department .
Insure that Warehouse Entrance is only for authorized personal .
Make continuous checks on Burglar Alarm System and Fire Alarm System and Extinguishers
door locks and all entries .
Adopting Safety clothing, boots .and helmets for Warehouse Team
Meeting and Recruiting new staff in coordination with the HR Manager .
Analyze training needs among staff .
Coordinate with Sales /Distribution for successful deliveries schedule and customer satisfaction
Watch over the accuracy of the database that should be a reliable source to extract targets for
the selling actions.
Watch over performance and interfere to ameliorate it.
Negotiate objectives with the team members
Continuous coordinating with the Logistics Manager for all imports and related tasks
Manage all expenses through an Expense Control Sheet .
Attend meetings with head of departments and divisions for job evaluation .
Manage the daily schedule, with continuous follow up .
Weekly reports for all transactions with Remarks .
Make sure that the warehouse is tidy and respect hygiene standards
Maintaining Vehicle full details log sheet .
Vehicle Maintenance Control Sheet with expenses
Preparing for special events ( Gitex or any exhibition or special event)
