• Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, long range forecasting, and insurance activities for the organization.

• Analyzes, consolidates, and directs all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports.
• Oversees and directs the preparation and issuance of the corporation's annual report.
• Directs and analyzes studies of general economic, business, and financial conditions and their impact on the organization's policies and operations.
• Analyzes operational issues impacting functional groups and the whole institution, and determines their financial impact.
• Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
• Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry.
• Construct and monitor reliable control systems.
• Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
• Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile.
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
• Arrange for debt and equity financing.
• Maintain banking relationships.
• Managing financial statements and execute the required analysis to improve companies’ activities and to afford subsequence events.

Restructuring financial system including inventory, HR, accounting, sales, assests and purchasing systems.

• Contacting and negotiations with bankers to obtain best and most cost effective services.

• Managing the financial statements.

• Liasing with Agencies to accommodate any issue to proactively solve them.

• Continuously monitoring the finance structure and managing change when it is required.

• Effectively managing the accounting departement and the staff to deliver the company’s objectives.

• Performing cash flow, budgeting and report of risk finance or any financial report.

• Regular and frequent negotiation with income & sales tax department.

• Creating solutions to generate liquidity, decreasing the cost of finance and increasing profitability from sales and markets.

• participating to build equation regarding comissions for collectors and salesmen in accordance with requirments of financial situation.

• Goals for liquidation and priftability.

• Particpate in changing the systems for all companies to the ERP system.

Duties :
* Execute detailed audit procedures, including reviewing transactions, documents, records, reports, policies & procedures for accuracy & effectiveness.

* Evaluate the adequacy & effectiveness of internal controls on a regular basis.

* Prepare comprehensive written reports for the management to make sound decisions.

* Ability to develop and implement effective procedures in all company departments.

* Ability to control budget & analyzing the variations .

* Review financial statements.

* Ability to establish & maintain Financial & Accounting System, including (Internal Control Procedures, Accounting Circulation, ….etc).

Duties:

* Performing Audit Procedures for all types of companies and setting the bench mark for minimum acceptable standards.

* Performing tests on the Internal Control procedures .

* Preparing the Financial Statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, …etc) .

* Analyze Financial Reports.

* Supervising audit team by reviewing & revising their audited files

Assist the External Auditors.
