• Provides layouts, measurements and dimensions of actual fixtures and light boxes in the shops as requested.
• Daily rounds and supervision to check premises and shop floor & check all visuals for promotions, available for installation from duty free main store to shop floor, in coordination with related departments such as Purchasing and Merchandising Department.
• Highlights products for better display to enhance sales. Make special displays for product launches, and special promotions and events.
• Creates signage templates that are connected to seasonal campaign themes and events.
• Meeting with suppliers/purchasing depending on their requested schedules via email and phone calls, for project and promotion implementation.
• Photo shoots for in-house magazines, brochures, leaflets and supplier’s need, photos of brands promotion and other areas for damages that needs repair. Events and other Marketing requests in the shop floor and other locations of sponsored activities.
• Ensures quality service in customer relations and merchandise display in the shop and proper cash handling (reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor; balancing cash registers with receipts; dealing with customer refunds). Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for. Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
• Work in charge of customer service desk at the same time handling foreign exchange and assists supervisor in charge with cash floats, reports and other staff needs in Terminal 2 Duty Free shop.
• Handles merchandise quality control, deliveries, requisitions and maintenance in Terminal 1 Duty Free Electronic shop back store and counters assistance. Be involved in stock control and management. Stocking shelves with merchandise.
• Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
• Responsible for security within the store and being on the look-out for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.
.• Supervises staff and customer needs with quality implementation of shopping mall policies and customer service
• Delegate tasks and work schedule to staff with good work ethics and rapport. Assesses staff for improvement and promotion.
• Assists managers for quality assurance on decision making; customer needs; and proper purchase receipts are provided to avoid delays and complaints.
• Supervises the entire restaurant with proper implementation on the company policies and procedures.
• Provides quality service and quality menu for customer’s satisfaction and assists in advertising for maintaining regular customers treating them with personal assistance through recognizing their special needs and satisfaction.
• Assists all staff from bartender, waitress, kitchen chefs and cleaners and monitors quality tasks given at hand for better work flow and avoid delays in service. Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
• Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements. Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service, and complete disciplinary write-ups.
