Job Description: - Give warm greetings.
- Provide a table and seat by escorting them to their place.
- Take order and upsell the special beverage and menu.
- Update the guest about the status of their orders (if alacarte)
- Put bread basket and butter on the table.
- If the guest is having salad remove the extra cutleries for oriental salad same as the others.
- If the guest is having dessert, ask coffee tea (remove b&b plate and b&b knife)
- Check with guest to ensure that they are enjoying their meals.
- Refill customer's drinks (if the customer asked for it)
- Escort the customers out and give thanks and smile.
- Clean up the table and set up.
- Refill salt and pepper, sugar, cream, jams.
- Do inventory of things used in Hotel like cuttleries plates, glasses, napkins and placemats
- If some staff are not around, I help in the kitchen slice ingredients and assist the Chef.
