•Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.•Guiding or assisting the clients to their inquiries.•Encoding the services availed by the clients in Zoho System.•Collect payments whether in cash, credit cards or payment link.•Issue receipts, invoices, refunds and change if the client paid by cash.•Introduce promos and any other services.•Resolve clients complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.•Track transactions on monitoring or in system and report any discrepancies.•Creates a biometric plot of each employee's attendance.•Encoding and submitting the timekeeping every month.•Sending the Daily Sales Report every day.•Sending the Accounts Department the Cash Flows Report on a monthly basis.•Assisting the accounts department with the reconciliation and agent incentive calculationseach month.•Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
