Responsible for the end-to-end Onboarding process. Handles candidate applications from the signing of offer letters to onboarding. Coordinating with the Public Relations Office for any related transaction of both candidates and employees. Preparing monthly reports and sustaining information for the payroll team. Preparing requested letters and doing both ticket quotations and bookings.
Responsible to monitored and documented customer’s prescription. Competitiveness in hitting target sales using up and cross selling. Updating logbooks and ledgers. Inputting data into the system upon checked and received. Daily stocks inventory. Answer telephone and relay messages to other branches, if asked. Operating systems use for store transactions (incl.POS, TBS, Microsoft Office etc. Helped customers complete purchases, satisfaction and promoting new product to increase numbers of sales. Checked identification for proof-of-age before giving discount especially to senior citizen. Restocked, rearranged and organized to avoid expiration most especially to not fast moving medicine. Reviewed and resolved differences between accounting information. Sending daily sales to HR right after cash counted and cash reported.
