Accountable for digital enhancement of IBE and related platforms by managing product roadmap, product backlog and sprint planning. Document user stories and measuring of user acceptance criteria on feature / product release. Determining of risks and dependency factors to mitigate the same. Liaise with developers and stakeholders to analyse and sign off on the end products are aligned as per the requirement. Certify online system developments with user acceptance test on prior to release. Handle customer integration process on the API, Train new system users on functionalities and features. Monitor market trends to conduct yield on dynamic channels and static accounts.
Source dynamic connectivity channels through channel managers and switch connectivity. Monitor supplier L2B and time out issues. Responsible for development and execution of marketing activities and road shows, oversee 360 campaigns on flash sales, digital marketing and social media marketing. Plan and propose budget and revenue forecast reports, conduct training on regular basis to sales, operations and contracting team to update on the market trends, operational SOP’s and excellence to achieve high customer service standards.
Pilot the project of B2B booking engine development in order to optimize revenue. Managing pre prod end to end testing plans and sign off with the developers on each release deadlines. Demonstrate the booking engine to stakeholders on the project progress and UAT criteria. Collect UX/UI feedback from agents, prepare scope for feature enhancement, control change request to guide designer team to work on the necessary changes. On boarding vendors, suppliers, agents and expand product portfolio. Product positioning through evaluation of competitor’s pricing and margin.
Development of weekly, monthly newsletters and tariff sheets, source content, sponsors for yearly product magazine. Conduct weekly product briefing to all departments through presentations and site inspections. Liaise with suppliers, product owners, excursion units to run promotions and renew contracts. Driving sponsors to magazine and traveler guide through page, column sponsor packages. Prepare seasonal VIP travel packages to specific regions to increase departmental turnovers.
Responsible for smooth operation of inbound tours division, by managing the team of customer service executives to ensure in reaching every guest and brief the tour activity, manage supplier conflicts, track payment status prior to check ins and prepare tour manifesto in 48 hours prior to arrivals.
