Single point of contact with the client / vendor for execution of fabrication packages.
•Participate in engineering package reviews during the selection, define and execute phases of projects and provide constructive input to the design team.
•Encourage construction and operations personnel to review design packages early in the course of projects to eliminate rework and optimize construction.
•Conduct Kick-Off Meeting, Pre-Inspection Meeting, weekly engineering meeting, action items meeting and Progress review meeting with client / vendor as applicable.
•Prepare deliverables consisting of specifications, construction scope of work, procedures, etc. for customer approval.
•Prepare Material requisitions for various bought out items based on client’s contract specifications and Evaluate technical bids for order finalization.
•Responsible for expediting of vendor bought out items.
•Responsible for selection and auditing subcontractor.
•Lead the “authorization to proceed” process for contractors.
•Coordinate with clients to ensure proposed construction and work methods are clearly understood and accepted and ensure agreement on environmental and safety work plans for permits.
•Ensure equipment and manpower resources are being used efficiently
•Perform regular shop walks and assists in troubleshooting customer / production issues if any.
•Works closely with customer or their third party inspectors for coordinating inspection activities.
•Responsible for Preservation of equipment’s / packages as per Customer specification.
•Co-ordination of dispatch / Logistics activities.
•Responsible for closure of punch lists and take necessary action wherever needed.
•Generation of client progress reports on weekly basis and evaluation of baseline project schedule (cost, time, quality). Resolve all issues pertaining to the same.
•Evaluate site contractor’s progress and variation of claims with vendor / customer including payment follow up.
•Ensure management of change requirements regarding field design modifications and scope changes are met by forwarding appropriate documentation to the Project Manager for processing.
•Support the off-site project leaders through the stage-gated process of projects.
•Leads lesson learnt session on monthly basis.
•Maintain compliance with the safety-assurance plan so that work is accomplished in an environmentally sound manner using safe work practices.
•Conduct safety observations and conversations (SOCs) to help achieve a zero-incident culture.

Drilling Derrick Structural Fabrication. High Pressure Piping (30, 000 psi).
Mud System & Power Package Fabrication. Land Rig’s Structural Fabrication with Different Capacities.
Crown Block and Travelling Block Fabrication. Façade and girders for “Abu Dhabi Airport”.
Crane Fabrication for Aluminum Plant in Dubai. Cold Box Fabrication.
Tallest Flagpoles of the world. Mockup Aircrafts (Air Bus Boeing B-747 & Air Bus A380)
Jack up Legs 1.8 OM X 67 M. Re-Injection Unit (CRI) Manufactured as per DNV 2.7-1.
Ship lift Platform. Secondary Steel Arch of Sheikh Zayed Bridge Fabricated.
