Senior Store Officer/Coordinator-Handling Material Manager Responsibilities
• Supervised all medical materials along with Non Medical from the time it is processed by the end user and the stores until it is delivered.
• Worked closely with the head of the medical and non-medical departments ensuring all materials are delivered on time and based on the expectations.
• Deployed high formulas for stock replenishment of the main store as well as all related stores within the hospital.
• Fine-tuned the matching all of existing materials and products’ on the shells when compared to the system inventory.
• Achieved a 5 years around 99% of inventory accuracy.
• Ensured all incoming and outgoing materials from and to all stores and sub-stores as it is an overall of 62 departments.
• Headed few critical task forces to ensure brining the high quality of medical materials with fewer cost prices.
• Headed evaluation committees to check continuously on the materials purchased from local and overseas purchases.
• Traveled to China to bring the necessary medical consumables/materials needed for the hospital operational requirements.
• Headed the disposal committee for two years continuously ensuring the utilization of protection of used materials
