• Managing Abu Dhabi authorities process of handing over (ADM, ADDC, ADCD, KIZAD)
• Industrial, maintenance and spare parts buildings in KIZAD, for BAUER International.
• Full responsibility of overseeing the process of addressing the main Contractors submittals, and following up on project progress at the site regarding quality and duration.
• Managed Al Zahia projects with Al Futtaim Development, spearheading Sharjah authoritys process to obtain permits, such as DTPS, SM, SEWA, and SCD with the project comprising of 290 residential villas (units & infrastructure).
• Leading and supervising a 30-member team of Engineers on all projects.
• Managed the construction of 13 (G+10) residential buildings with a total built-up area of 300, 000 M2. with a total value of AED 700M.
• Providing guidance and leadership to a team of 15 Engineers across the project.
• Managed the construction of commercial complex, 3 buildings (B+G+M) in Dubai Motorcity with a project value of 40M.
• Also managed 2 residential buildings (2B9G922) in DIP, Anwar Towers A+B with a total project value of 250M.
• Led and managed a huge workforce with 10 direct reports, 20 Foremen, and 500 workers.
• Managed the construction of two G+10 building, 50 villas, Two G+1 Schools, mosque, and Public Park with a total built-up area of 300, 000M 2.
