- Provide regular reports on competition in the market in terms of prices or new products or for publicity or declaration or the reasons customers stopped dealing with the company's products

- Receive inquiries & requests from customers and respond accordingly and provide technical advise ..
- Submit the offers and provide any related information when required..
- Receive firm orders and follow up the orders progress so I can Keep customers informed with orders status..
- Finish up customers orders and observe its process in ERP system..
- Use The parts manuals and EPC for establishing part numbers, and coordinate with the service department when required..
- Involvement with overseas procurement by following up the order progress and coordinate with the clearance employee, also involvement with operations in free zones..
- Observe inventory level and control it by submit stock order in a proper time..
- Process stock income and price adjustment and other issues in the ERP system..
