Working as a project Manager for following main projects : Cloud and Infrastructure - ExxonMobile Migration project
•Working with Exxonmobile PM's, Syncrude PM's and IBM Canada PM's to Manage cloud and infrastructure migration activity from Syncrude/Exxonmobile to Suncor and IBM Cloud
•Managing and coordinating the migration activites from ExxonMobile/AT&T Cloud, Storage and Cybersecurity environments to Suncor / IBM environments,
•Managing Project budget (Phase1 - 26M USD) Hosting and Masseging migration project,
•Working with CGI PM's to manage Cloud and Infrastructe migration / insourcing activity from CGI to Suncor.
•Manage and coordinate the insourcing activity from CGI Team to Suncor insource team including hiring activity and condacting inetvew to select the suitable candidate, coordinate Knowledge Transfer(KT) sessions
•Managing Project budget (3M USD) Rule and responsibility :
•Assemble stewardship updates, update project plans, provide project schedule management, compile reports, and prepare other documents for submission to key stakeholders as well as assist with project activities
•Schedule regular meetings and record decisions, such as assigned tasks and next steps
•Break down tasks and set timeframes, as well as to coordinate the integration activities to make sure deliverables are met
•Build and update workflows
•Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
•Monitor project progress and address potential issues and identify continuous improvement opportunities
•Measure and report on project performance
•Act as a point of contact for project participants
•Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and site access requirements for project teams

Working as Network Designer and Boardband Implemnation for the following projects,
•TPIA (Third Party Internet Access).
•RBU (Return Bandwidth Upgrade).
•ALU Firmware 5.6 Upgrade.
•CCAP Firmware Upgrade.
•Full Chassis 32DS Upgrade.
•CCAP UCAM swap Project
•E6000 Upstream Upgrade Project (Phase 2)
•ALU OLT 10G Upgrade
Working under Project Managers supervision and coordinaton to design and implements Telus Network in B.C and Monteral Area.
•Used MS Sharepoint to share, upload and Archive our design and configyuration with our engeeners and onsite technications and for backup purposes.
•Provide guidance to partner teams and peers and meet committed project timelines and budget.
•Attending weekly meeting via Cisco meeting tools.
•Interpret Tactical Infrastructure Plans for Telecommunications platforms and provide recommended physical and logical network topology as well as detailed design and implementation specifications, in one or more platforms (Data/IP, Access, Broadband, ETTS, GPON and Wireless).
•Develop and execute the acceptance test plans for each core element into the network.
•Track acceptance results and work with other internal TELUS teams and vendors to quickly resolve issues found.
•Knowledge transfer and assist other assurance teams and technicians to develop best practices for assuring new technologies.
•Participate in new product pilot trials.
•Demonstrate expertise in the integration and implementation of telecommunication components.
•Participate in lab testing for new technology introduction.
•Identify risks and impacts of new technology being introduced to the TELUS network.
•Maintain records and/or record clean up based reconciliation reports.
•Develop a detailed Method Of Procedures (MOP) for network implementation activities Schedule network change activities and follow change management approval procedures.

Project have been coordinate was:
•Windows Rollout Project o Syncrude employee and contractors Laptop and Desktop staging. o Rollout new Windows O.S to all Syncrdue employee/contractors.
•Customer migration Project, o Migrate all Syncrude customer from Syncrude to ExxonMobile network. o Stage and configure new Cisco Switches and Routers to migrate Syncrude employee / contractor.
•Used MS Project to track work performance and Milestone, calculate working hours and cost associaited .
•Used MS Excel and Word to update stakeholdes about work performance and work progress.
•Coordinated full lifecycle IT projects supporting up to 4 project managers.
•Coordinated project schedules, managed project meetings, and identified and resolved technical problems.

Provided technical support / consultant for the services such as broadband internet, data and video conferencing, voice over IP (VOIP) telephony, virtual private networks (VPN's), ADSL, local area networks(LAN's) and wide area networks (WAN's).
•Extensive experience in using diferent monitoring and ticketing systems such as Netcool, NMC, Remedy and ManageNow.
•Performed network monitoring, troubleshooting, testing user interface components, circuit over-utilization reports, packet loss, high response time, errors and network security analysis.
•Provided a high level of technical support to LAN/WAN data communications transport and wireless networks.
•Analyzed the system/network needs of premier clients, corrected network troubles and performance issues and assisted them in designing their network.
•Ensured the use of proper change management procedures and assisted with infrastructure maintenance, security, and application deployments.
