Ensured the strict adherence to the Company procedures concerning all Personnel and Administrative activities on site for approximately 5000 employees including CCC staff Subcontractor Snamprogetti of Italy & our client ADNOC. Directly supervised the maintenance and updating of personnel, monthly and daily manpower reports to both Client and Managing Office. Organised massive leave cycle on site through personnel leave schedule dates as per entitlement. Also followed-up with Managing Office all inter-Company recruitment, engagement and termination issues. Carried out all recruitment issues starting from mobilization to demobalization of all staff, skilled & unskilled labour worked in the project. Implemented Personnel Compensation as per contractual terms and Company procedures.
Implemented a new program dealing with human resources and established by CCC called H.R.M.S (Human Resources Management System) to ensure an accurate & comprehensive H.R. system for all project employees.

I was also responsible for all administrative and personnel activities within the project. Co-ordinated, supervised, and inte¬grated the activities of subordinates to provide a comprehensive service. Assisted project management in the application of all relevant and current Company procedures and instructions, and ensured that they were complied with.
