• Responsible for assisting in the revision of all policies, statements of functions, Job Descriptions, systems, procedures, manuals and forms within the company as it relates to the company’s Quality, Environment and Health & Safety Management System.
• Responsible for assisting in the preparation of the various requirements of the quality system applied in the company.
• Ensure that the Quality Management System requirements are met through assisting the (OD Officer) the following:
i. Planning and carrying out internal audits to make sure that the systems and procedures are fully comprehended and enhanced.
ii. Controlling all documents within the organization, and ensuring that records are established and maintained.
iii. Organizing bi-annual management reviews for the quality system.
iv. Following up on all corrective and preventive actions requests to make sure that all actions are being taken, and all problems faced are overcome so that they will not re-occur.
v. Ensuring that suppliers dealt with by organization are evaluated.
vi. Ensuring that customer satisfaction assessments are being undertaken regularly.
vii. Maintain, revise and control the company’s quality manual.
• Assist in conduct regular Risk Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment to the company’s activities and ensure the proper action is taken.
• Observe and recommend corrective action to any reported near misses, injuries, illnesses, incidents and accidents.
• Implementing related HSE Procedures.
• Contribute to and assist in following up on any QHSE related initiative through the company.
