The Administrative Officer is responsible for assisting senior management in the efficient management of administrative services of the Bank, such as the day-to-day management of facilities, mail processing, courier service, branch operations support and compliance, security and safety related functions, and branch operations staff training.
Helping customers by providing information; Handling payement transactions; Preparing sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; Identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions; Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards; Evaluating performance of emplyees and providing managers with information on appraisals; Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; Reviewing professional publications; Establishing personal networks; Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Monitoring the work of cashiers on a daily basis; Supervising the activities of checkout stations on a constant basis; Handling store operations in the absence of store managers; Evaluating performance of cashiers and provide managers with information on appraisals; Generating and maintaining account related reports; Managing bank deposit activities and making sure that cash is counted accurately at the end of each shift; Resolving employee conflicts and ensuring that any customer complaints are handled immediately; Training new employees to work as cashiers; Identifying and correcting cash register errors and taking measures to ensure that further errors do not happen; Maintaining and updating daily, monthly and yearly accounts spreadsheets.

Contacting businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services, or to request donations for charitable causes, writing emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts, setting scheduled appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations and conducting client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
