• Led an international team of six members in developing the best strategy to penetrate a new market, where the team performed the following tasks:
- Analysed the needs of potential customers by interviewing the management of the tax administrations of the target area.
- Evaluated the strengths, weaknesses, and product portfolio of existing players.
- Elaborated strategic recommendations based on the most critical characteristics of a tax software solution and what was required to enter the new market successfully.
