Responsibilities include site verification, work management, data sourcing, analysis of records, interpretation of drawings and documents; ensure data entry as per GASCO requirements, maintaining accuracy, GASCO contact, etc. as required to perform the assigned job satisfactorily.
Coordinated the activities from the issuance of Work Order up to the submission of Technical Report, which consist but not limited to below:
Periodical condition monitoring as a preventive/predictive maintenance and dispatch certified specialist to KJO field in order to assist KJO maintenance team technically according to “Work Order” base for a period of five (5) years.
Coordinated the mobilization/de-mobilization and supervised the sub-contractors while performing the following Periodical Condition Monitoring as shown below:
Calibration of Solid State Protective Relays
Calibration of Electromechanical Protective Relays
Transformer Insulating Oil Analysis by professional laboratory
General Inspection & PM of Loading Pumps Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)
General Inspection & Periodic Maintenance of UPS & Battery Chargers with Stationary Batteries:
Inter trip tests 13.8KV feeder breakers by current injection test at Perimeter Fence Substations
Received and reviewed the sub-contractors Invoice against the quotation and actual worked performed and forwarded to Accounts dept. for further action.
Ensure that the sub-contractor shall strictly comply with the Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Requirements.
1. Supervise the assembly and repair of Unit Load Device, as per Component Maintenance Manual.
2. Assess the quality of assembled and repaired Unit Load Device to meet the manufacturer and customers specifications.
3. Check workshop tools and equipments before the mechanics commences their respective tasks.
4. Ensure the production quota is met as per needs of the customers.
5. Attend monthly meeting to discuss the operations of the company.
