(1) Perform all Pot Control System maintenance, inspection and checklist.
(2) Inspect and calibrate instrument devices related to Pot Control System in orderly fashion and identify and report any abnormalities.
(3) Attend to all equipment breakdowns and planned maintenance work.
(1) Provide technical support on DM products (MV and LV Drives, LV and MV Softstarter, and High Current Rectifiers) to customers, including installation, start-up, commissioning, maintenance and repair, and resolve problems efficiently to minimize system downtime.
(2) Provide professional and timely service to clients as per the requirements.
(3) Cooperate with other ABB divisions.
Duties and Responsibilities
(1) Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnosis of instrumentation and automation installation breakdown.
(2) Perform calibration and precision adjustments of all measuring and monitoring instruments and systems.
(3) Perform PMR (Preventive Maintenance Routine), servicing, repair instrumentation / automation of defective equipment and system to ensure the required availability, reliability and efficiency.
(4) Perform instrumentation and system performance evaluation and recommend improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities
(1) Troubleshooting and equipment problem solving: Responding to shift calls.
(2) Correction of identified equipment deficiencies and address pain areas.
(3) Identify equipment/system risk; conduct vulnerability studies (Potential Problem Analysis) and determine interim preventive actions and final corrective actions.
(4) Review practices and procedures for recurring long duration equipment repairs or replacements to reduce delay/ activity duration.
