Duties and Responsibilities
- Reporting to Segment Unit Manager in the Head Office with the following duties and functions:
- Managing the Implementation of the Contract with the Plant Owner, Client and Subcontractors
- Leading the Company in all coordination meetings with the Plant Owner, Owner‘s Consultant/Engineer and the Subcontractors on various aspects of the whole project, which includes also the ff:
• Leading of Project Team;
• Internal Risk review
 Coordination Meeting with the QA/QC
 Coordination Meeting with the QS
 Coordination Meeting with the Technical Office
 Coordination Meeting with the Project Control Department on Scheduling,
 Monthly Project Progress up dating & critical items analysis as well implementation of corrective measure for recovery eventually Project Delay
 Progress Report, Invoicing etc.
 Coordination Meeting with the Site Safety Assurance Department
 Cost Result Control Coordination
 Defense of negative claims & negotiation from Supplier & Sub-contractors
 Implementation of Construction Method and Scheduling with activities monitoring duration to present project delay
 Coordination on safety procedure with respect to environment at job site
 Analyzes construction method, typologies and cost
 Job scheduling and program coordination
 Assurance with respect to contractual specification
 Coordination on Construction activities and interpretation & coordination with Engineering Department
 Managing the flow of expatriate for job intervention at site
 Coordination with material control department and warehouse for local and imported materials as well
 Approval of local procurement materials & issued of local purchase orders
 Approval of material request from the field superintendents/supervisors
 Coordination Turn over systems to commissioning
 Commissioning coordination
 Project tests coordination
 Project maintenance coordination
 Warrantee negotiation with Final Client
 Project Tests coordination
 Spare Parts negotiation with Final Client
 Closing up with negotiation of positive & negative commercial variation with Final Client
 P.A.C negotiation
 F.A.C negotiation
 VAT refunding negotiation with local Ministerial Department
 Closing up local Branch negotiation with local Authority & Financial Department
