Retail Sales Executive Responsibilities

• Project ZERO - Document control and verification
• Handling client’s queries and assisting them with their requirements
• Follows procedure to activate lines, services and Ported In customer in which ensures minimal delays in order to meet subscriber expectations

Main Safe, Cashier & Customer Service Responsibilities

• Maintained records relating to daily bank deposits and monthly sales
• Performs daily audits of vault funds
• Perform daily vault counts
• Staff training for Cashiers: as Cashiers must know the stores policies and procedures
• Auditing and liquidating the sales summary report
• Preparing verifying & segregation of invoices & other documents
• Tallied cash at the opening and closing of shifts for staff at check-out counters
• Audited cash registers, credited card slips, coupons and vouchers
• Maintained knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practices
• After balancing prepare deposit for final drop to include correct deposit ticket and sealed bag for pick-up

• Recording sales and information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering into a computer system
• Coordinated with other sales and marketing personnel on issues pertaining to advertising, sales promotions etc.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Processed sales orders accurately and timely
• Handled complete documentation pertaining to sales deed agreements, receipts, stamp duty, registration and recovery
• Provided administrative support to both staff and managers
• Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock
