• Leading and supporting regular interventions with groups of children with diferent Special Educational Needs in an Early Years provision
• Planning sessions and gathering resources catering to diferent levels and needs
• Supporting class teachers, SEN coordinator and SALT (Speech and Language Therapist) by facilitating access of curriculum for children with Complex Needs, focussing upon early stages of reading, writing and mathematics from early stages of development
• Developing social skills and independence; teaching appropriate ways to treat others, developing understanding of self-care and practice of physical skills

My strong communication and advocacy skills presented in this role allow me to efectively engage with children presenting diferent needs and behaviours, as well as build relationships with parents, teachers, and external professionals in a way that promotes students' needs. In doing this, peers have commented that I have developed excellent organisational and time management skills, being able to prioritise tasks and manage a demanding workload eficiently. I have consistently shown a high level of multitasking and exhibit sharp responses in the interest of upholding a safe and secure learning environment.
