Ensure the correctness of employee’s contracts of newly hired employees.
Assists Doctors and other eligible employees for processing of their allowance as per their contracts like furniture allowance, child education assistance allowance, housing allowance etc and ensuring that the employees are fulfilling the requirement and making sure that they are requesting as per their contracts terms and conditions.
Coordinate with DHCC-CPQ and the candidates for the completion of licensing requirement of Doctors, Nurses and other staff for whom it is obligatory to have license from DHCC.
Coordinate with DHCC regarding the visa and other matters for employees.
Supervise employment and other visa services for employees and other company guests
Responsible for the completion of DHCC license application form along with the relevant documents.
Responsible for follow up with candidates for completion of required documents for license application
Assisting HR Manager in the preparation of Job Descriptions, organograms, policy and procedures and other HR related documents
Responsible for arrangement of final interview of the shortlisted candidates with HR Manager and Department Head.
Supervising the other HR&A staff in the guidelines provided by HR Manager and companies policies and procedures.
Gathers information on workers' feelings about factors that affect worker morale, motivation, and efficiency and forward the concerns to the HR Manager to determine reaction to specific action taken.
