Duties: \n \n• Generate steam. \n \n• Determine parameters in process stream such boiler water, saturated steam, unit reserve feed water, feed water, turbine condensate. \n \n• Determine chemical injected into system such as pH, concentration of Mekor (oxygen scavenger), Ammonia, Tri-sodium phosphate. \n \n• Determine Viscosity, De-electric strength using KV tester, Crackle test, Acidity test, Appearance test of Insulating oil, Lubricating oil, and Transformer oil. \n \n• Maintain Valves, Compressors and Pumps. \n \n• General Safety. \n \n• Calculate power generated, power consumed and power sent to National Grid.
Higher National Diploma in PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS PROCESSING ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY.
