Implementation & Follow up of the Company Policies, Quality Management System, in terms of Procedures review, Implementation, training, audits etc.
Preparing and ensuring that permits are endorsed at work area by appropriate authorities before work commences. Follow-up all safety related issues. Also verifying the implementation and strict adherence to approved safety procedure.
Ensure that all persons are made aware of precautionary measures while performing works.
Ensure that new recruits undergo mandatory safety induction and company’s orientation. Prepares (job safety analysis) JSA for all jobs to be done.
Site inspections & Audits, Periodical reports to the Management.
Familiar with different types of barricades, signboards and warning signs.
Responsible to provide means of safe access and egress to all the employees.
Conduct regular inspections of sites and check for adherence to the governing safety polices and procedures.
Providing and training to all the employees with regard to the usage of PPE.
Prepere monthly QHSE Statistics and maintains records.
Monitoring Lifting operations, Excavations and Hot works.
Conduct JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) and take necessary Safety precautions before work start.
Follow PTW (Permit To Work) system, Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) & COSHH.
Performing Gas test at Confined space Locations/areas and Hazardous areas.
Investigations and Reports all incidence, accident and near misses. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Ensures that work procedures and safety regulations are strictly adhered to. Ensures appropriate PPE’s are issued to workers.
Conducting safety awareness programe and discuss safety issues.
Manage company’s Safety, Health & Environmental (SH&E) Management systems are well maintained in accordance with the management
Looking after all the Safety related activties in the given site

Manage regular risk assessment, surveys, site inspections & internal audits and to address required follow up actions to responsible units.
Perform incident & accident investigation and address feasible recommendations.
Experienced in maintenance and installation of fire fighting equipment like fire extinguishers, fire alarm system, fire hydrant system and mobile fire tender.
Conducting fire prevention and fire fighting training programmes for employees.
Activities related to emergency preparedness and response, evacuation mock drills, etc.
Educating the employees about the safe work procedures and implement the same in the work place for a zero accident work performance.
