As well I was responsible for checking the Welder card preparation and Client approval.
Pipe stringing report review, during welding onsite inspection, As per WPS fit up Inspection. After welding doing Visual inspection, issuing NDT request, Tie- in joint, Cut bevel MPI test witness at site.
Responsible to Accumulate and verified all documentation prior to issuing of loading test clearance.
During loading test witness at site, commissioning the line and hand over to the client, before hand over punch list to be cleared.
Test pack to be submitted for client approval.
Major Achievements: I learned how to deal properly with the traceability of the process.
