Promoted to work in the corporate division as Technology transfer manager to drive €300MM+ per year in innovation budget. Implemented emerging technologies including composite materials, 3D printing and mixed reality. Then focused on 3D printing for construction, paving the way to create a new business line for the company by developing large-scale concrete 3D printing technology including materials, equipment, and design process.
Created and implemented the first virtual reality experiences in the company.
