break down overall accomplishment, equipments, materials and manpower requirements

• Site Manager during restoration of "La Casa Amarilla" Old Ministry of External Relations in Venezuela.
• Liaised and coordinated with contractors and architects to ensure specific pre-requisites were met at all times.
• Prepared technical reports, outlining all engineering discrepancies and construction problems occurred for company.

• Supervised surface re-paving using 20000 ton of asphalt on major road work project.
• Put in place complex traffic flow arrangements to comply with safety regulations, ensuring minimal disruption to public transport.
• Management and supervision of the relocation of 3 km carbon steel pipeline with a 54” carbon steel water pipeline alongside main motorway (Trainworks).

• Responsible for the maintenance of quality standards that applied to the construction of train stations and building mechanical systems (air conditioning, ventilation and piping systems).
• Supervise quality service providers to ensure diligent and efficient performance, eg. Auditing contractor´s documentation.

• Budget control for extensive construction project works such as warehouses, housing complexes, shopping centers, universities and prisons.
• Led quantity charts of projects, and formalized estimates for projects under the supervision of the Chief Estimator.
