Prepares Leave Form and End of Service forms for all the employees.
Responsible in monitoring the Leave and End of Service schedules of all the employees.
Prepares Air Ticket Request for all employees.
Assisting in Payroll, Overtime, Annual Leave Calculation, and End of Service Settlement.
Responsible in renewing Health Cards of every employees.
Responsible in renewing QID and Transfer QID to new passport.
Assisting in issuing ID cancellation and Exit Permits.
Responsible in updating monthly petty cash transaction.
Archiving personal employee files, Invoice every month, and Air Ticket every month, both hard and soft copy.
Prepares Material Submittals, Shop Drawing Submittals, Inspection Request and Request for Information and submit to the Consultant for checking and approval.
Prepares Minutes of Meeting.
Responsible in filing all the documents (Hard and Soft Copy) like Material Requests, Invoice, Quotations, Delivery Notes, Inspection Request (IR), Request for Information (RFI), Shop Drawings, Material Tracking Schedule, etc.
Responsible in making report such as Daily Manpower Report and Progress Report.
Responsible in updating the Logs for Materials Submittals, Inspection Request (IR), Request for Information (RFI), and Shop Drawing Submittals.
Responsible in ordering MEP materials thru FOCUS Database System with proper coordination from Supervisors and Site Engineers and update the Material Tracking Schedule that is submitted to the management weekly.
Responsible in issuing Company Petrol Voucher and send Monthly Report to main office.
Responsible in taking Petty Cash from Site Accountant to be given to Engineers as requested.
Assisting HR regarding MEP Employees concerns like Time Sheet Preparation, Vacation / Emergency Leave, Pay Slip, Resignation Letters, Warning Letters, Extra Overtime, etc.
ISO Auditor.
Assisting Top management request.
Operates office equipment such as photocopiers, plotting machine and other applications.
Store, manage and track company documents.
Presentation and filing of documents and drawings.
Responsible for maintaining hard copy information.
Maintain documents at all time.
Ensure the review, issue, amendments, distribution and control of all documents.
Keep office documents and archives.
Prepares and distributes agendas and meeting schedules.
Coordinates meetings, interviews, events and other appointments.
Providing administrative support to procurement department.
Attending front office needs.
Dealing with all the Clients requirements and inquiry.
Store, manage and track company documents.
Assisting candidates for employment.
Maintaining monthly report.
Day to day monitoring of office activity.
Telephone Operator.
Designing different logos for banners, flyers, brochures, stickers, etc.
Operates Digital Printer, Laser Engraving Machine and Cutting Plotter Machine.
Preparing quotations for stickers, banners, signboards, stamps, and other office paraphernalia.
Support all pre-sales activities of the company.
Possess strong quality in giving description to the customers about the products.
Assisting the customers in choosing the products to choose.
Checking and maintaining shop inventory.
