Full scope of as an electrical contractor for commercial and industrial establishments design, supply, install, testing and commissioning, Project turnover, maintenance and service services.
Manage the coordination, scheduling and project execution which include but not limited to;
Preparation of tender documents for submittals, quotations, drawings plans, and material submittals for client presentation.
Responsible in designing, planning and layout of showrooms, restaurants, food chains/outlets, retail shops, manufacturing/production facilities, hotels, and industrial lines, commissaries, bulk cookings, Storage, Coldrooms, Commercial/Industrial laundry, steam boilers and system piping, Fire protections for Cooking lines, Centralized Exhaust hood Ventilations for commercial/hotel cooking lines,
Preparation of required Electrical plans such as General notes Legends to be used Abbreviations, Design Parameters and Electrical Standards, Lighting layout, Power layout, Load Schedule for Distribution Board, Summary of Main Service Distribution Board, schedule Single Line Diagram for Main Service Distribution for use in commercial/industrial buildings, and hotels.
Preparation of Fire Alarm Electrical System, Legends, Notes. Design Criteria. General Standards, Fire Alarm Layout, Sectional Details, Site Location Plans, and Fire Alarm Riser Diagram.
Preparation of Telephone Outlet layout, Telephone Service Site Plan Layout
Responsible for the project management in regards to interior construction, and renovations.
Manage in the Preparation and timely approval of below sequence of Project requirements:
- Confirmation of Client, Contractor and Engineers Instructions
- Project daily/Weekly reports
- Request for Information
- Material Approval Submittal
- Shop Drawing Submittals

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
In-Charge in the Preparation of Drawing plans such as equipment layout, electrical and Mechanical layout needed by the specified equipment to be included in the Main Drawing plans of the Architectural firm.
Study, review and analyze project documents including plans, specifications, general terms and conditions, and addenda.
Conduct Inspection and Technical Evaluation for the Conformity of Specifications done by the Sub-Contractor.
Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, Electrical and other trades concerning Electromechanical needs of the specified types of equipment works such as Plumbing, Fire Protection System, and HVAC
Assist Project and Site Managers for the Safe Implementation and Installation, Monitor and Supervise for a Time Scheduled Work.
Attends Coordination meeting with the Client, Consultant, Project Managers regarding Project Status problem encountered at the site and its possible solution.
Prepares Submittals, Correspondence letters to be presented to the Construction Management.
Issued Site instruction, Conformance/Non-conformance Report, Correspondence Letter to the Construction Management.
Supervised Testing and Commissioning.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Directly involved in Designing, Costing and material specification needed in the manufacture of cooking types of equipment such as deep fat fryers, high/low cooking types of equipment, hot/holding types of equipment, Reach-in chillers/freezers, conveyor ovens.
Prepare Design Drawing, Shop Drawing Bill of materials and As-Built Drawing using Auto-Cad, Solidedge for use in the production line
Develop procedures and work standardization to ensure a smooth flow in the production line, Coordinate to R and D Dept. regarding product change notice or improvement of the equipment.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Directly involved in the preparation of plans for use in the Construction of all Electrical Works such as Gen. rewiring, cable trays, electrical equipment enclosures, power, lighting, motor installation, and electrical supply for the HVAC, Fire Protection System, Plumbing and Equipment Installation.
Prepare Shop Drawing, Construction Drawing and As-Built Drawing using Auto-Cad.
Study, review and analyze project documents including plans, specifications, general terms and conditions, and addenda.
Attend Pre-Bid meeting, conduct inspection and preparing technical and/or commercial bid proposals.
Prepared Documentation, Testing and Commissioning for Turn-Over of the Project
Coordinate and Arranged Inspection of Installed Electrical Works to the Client
Carry Out Inspection and Quality Control of Installed Electrical Works for the Conformance of Specification and Drawing.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform electrical installations in residential, commercial, and industrial establishments; this involves replacement or new installation of power poles, overhead/underground cables, transformer banks, regulator and capacitor, interfaces with scheduled system/component maintenance, power switching operations, troubleshooting and repair of electrical distributions system.
Perform tests on motor control circuits, preventive maintenance on industrial motors, such as phase matching, insulation resistance checking, and documentation of test results.
Perform and execute plans under the direct supervision of a Prof. Elect. Engr.
Advance Reserved Officer Training Course, On the Job Training as per of BSEE Curriculum, Junion Electrician, Lighting stage and Sound reinforcement installer and operator.
