• Manage overall operations of the Salon.
• Ensure client experience meets expectations and all treatments comply with standard operating procedures of the Company.
• Motivate team to meet and exceed their set targets.
• Implement and execute coaching, counselling and trainings according to staff requirements.
• Instill brand values and standards to maintain quality on a daily basis.
• Manage staff appraisals and evaluate their skills.

• Maintain awareness of Salon security related to cash, stock and equipment and ensure all department procedures are followed.
• Ensure health, safety and Dubai Municipality regulations are complied with and rules are observed by staff, clients and guests.
• Preparing staff rosters, approving leaves, updating attendance and handling staff issues, grooming, etc.
• Managing appointments to ensure and encourage complete productivity of staff.
• Looking at the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards as per Municipality requirements.
• Looking into overall products and consumption, actively participating in Inventory and stocktake.
• Ensuring major tasks like Pest Control, Maintenance and Deep cleaning of the Salon are carried out from time to time and arranging for the required permits for the same.
• Coordinate to establish and implement policies, promotions and Marketing plans

• Manage overall operations of the Salon.
• Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with standard operating procedures of the Company.
• Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and treatment cards.
• Managing salon team members and therapists to ensure high motivation, provision of high quality service and ongoing development.
• Drive team to meet and exceed agreed revenue targets through a creative approach to delivering alternative programmes.
• Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programme improvement.
• Instill brand values and standards to maintain quality on a daily basis.
• Liaise with other departments.

• Conducting our Premium line of skin treatments for a selected few of our clients.
