• Welcome customers by greeting them, assess their needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Achieve the given sales target
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Advise customers on utilization and care of merchandise.
• Help customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
• Ensure that fitting rooms are ready for customers by promptly clearing out merchandise and return it to the proper area of the selling floor.
• Maintaining selling floor presentations, and restocking them as needed.
• Cleaning shelves, counters, and tables.
• Implementing all visual merchandising standards and handling social media.
• Keep customers informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Assist in arranging special events, such as offers, discounts or in-store Visual Display shows.
