• Welcome customers by greeting them, assess their needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Achieve the given sales target
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Advise customers on utilization and care of merchandise.
• Help customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
• Ensure that fitting rooms are ready for customers by promptly clearing out merchandise and return it to the proper area of the selling floor.

• Opening files for new patients.
• Schedule appointments via phone and/or walk in patients.
• Understand insurance plans and network for each card we accept to better serve patients and minimize claim rejections.
• Billing and cash transactions.
• Having to understand different departments, scope of services we offer.
• Work in Control room and fully understand safety color codes and announce immediately
• Welcomes Customers and visitors by greeting, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries;
• Optimizes Customers satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone;
• Keeps Customers appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient's arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule; reminding provider of service delays;
• Comforts Customers by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering Customers questions; maintaining the reception area;
• Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving Customer records;
• Maintains Customer accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
• Welcomes Customers and visitors by greeting, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries;
• Provide refreshments and escort them to correct location;
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes;
