• Implement HR Policies and procedures and the continuous monitoring of its effectiveness in ER.
• Provide assistance in managing employee performance assessment.
• Managecompensation, benefits and related issues efficiently.
• Advise SAC's management on matters relating to employment law, pay, and severances.
• Provide assistance in developing employee retention strategies and implement strategies.
• Responsible for manpower planning in coordination with all departments/sectors.
• First point of contact for all employees’ grievance or complaints (if any) and managing the same.
• Manage selection of recruitment service providers (head hunters, local & international recruiters, RPO’s, screening and assessment consultants, etc.) and assessing them for quality of services.
• Manage staff recruitment process such as contacting and selecting right recruitment companies, preparing and placing ads, screening CVs, short listing the right candidates, making the necessary arrangements for interviews, contacting the selected candidates etc.
• Negotiating salaries and contracts with SAC's candidates and employees.
• Assist the HR manager in creating Job descriptions and ensure that the right job descriptions are in place.
• Assist the HR manager in creating the KPI's for SAC departments as a tool for PBBS and coordinate using KPIs for performance assessment.
• Calculate performance based bonus and annual compensations.
• Attend and facilitate job fairs.
• Draft employment letters and contracts for selected candidates
My key accountabilities and role are to develop and execute recruiting plans, keep an effective and updated network to locate ideal and qualified candidates, coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives, and I have administrative and record keeping duties.
