•Responsible for assessing enterprises in terms of compliance level with the local and international labor laws, advise and train according to needs and outputs during frequent field visits to the enterprises
•Reporting and handling all labor law breach cases and advise on how to achieve compliance

•Organizing the selection and recruitment processes and coordinating preparation of contracts for employees with the related party
•Managing and maintaining the Group Health Insurance Policy for staff
•Providing advice and ensuring proper staff performance management process
•Assisting in fostering of staff learning initiatives and staff development
•Acting as an orientation and induction focal person; providing information to staff members on their employment conditions and entitlements
•Tracking and updating the project Staff Census and maintaining project's manual

• Coordinating with respective ministries & governmental institutions to obtain residency, Visa and work permits for non-Jordanian employees
