Overview of Work: Reformatting the business operation by standardising their works, offering legal training sessions on client communication, and maintaining a role of foreign legal associate overlooking all international corporate client dealings in the USA and UK.

• Conducted 7 seminars and training sessions on English Writing for Lawyers (EWL) studies relating to English legal terminology and customer service improvements by presenting to 60+ Spanish speaking international lawyers and partners within the firm.
• Offered extensive one-to-one training sessions with 38 lawyers on IRAC/CREAC2.
• Created templates and standardised formats on legal citations, Letters of Engagement, Client Care, and Terms of Business.
• Improved internal communication lines and CRM network connections between the 7 regional offices in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama and El Salvador.
• Offered insight on better international client communication through introducing standardised Billing Sheets and Progress Reports to be distributed to the clients on a monthly basis.
