•Managing the aspects of Project Contracting activity, assuring the Pre and Post Administration of the Contracts already in place or to be awarded . Managing Contracting correspondence, contractual payment, contract amendments and variations and contractors claims and developing KPO’s counter claims during the contract execution.

•Leader of teams and coaching of staff through direct supervision and continual development of Contacts Administration Specialists by holding structured coaching / mentoring sessions with my team members.

Contracts Preaward and Postaward Activities.
● Commercial and contractual activities associated with Operational Excellence Department for the period of TURNAROUND 2019.
● Focal to deliver commercial and contractual frame work agreements required to streamline the material process within NCOC. Working across departments (Engineering) to ensure the contracts were developed correctly and set up for success.
● Supported M&TA Contract Owner and Holder during contractual unbundling of Major Maintenance Service Contract, ensuring contract strategies were aligned with both business objectives and site requirements.
Contracts Postaward Activities.
● Commercial and contractual activities associated with FGP construction department contracts management.
● Ensure Contractor compliance with Contract Terms & Conditions, Scope of Work / Services by monitoring key deliverables, milestones, KPI’sand Project Schedule.
● Preparation of Contractors’ performance Feedback reports
● Ensure correct and timely processing and payment of Contractor’s invoices.
● Liaising with the Contract Holder Team and the Accounts Payable Department in the resolution of invoice queries and disputes.
● Providing Cost Analysis of the discipline and Contractors monthly and other periodic cost and invoicing data.
● Reviewing, analyzing and correcting submitted valuation costs prior to authorization. Check and agree corrected Invoice for approval.
Ensuring correct and an appropriate insurance, bonds, bank guarantees, retentions, penalties, incentives etc. are provided and maintained in accordance with contract terms

Commercial and contractual activities associated with Production and Maintenance Department’s contracts management.
Development, preparation, verification and modification of the entire supporting and technical documentation related to the existing/future contracts agreements with contractor entities, forecasts and actual estimates of the work performed/planned, commitment and cost monitoring, preparation of Technical Evaluation Plans/performance feedback reports. Preparation and development of full Tender package such as:
1. SoW and estimation preparation: visiting operational area and familiarizing with all details of scope of work, discussing with existing Contractors full service and subtle but important things of the service;
2. Preparation of prequalification plan, questionnaire with scoring
Provision of technical evaluation of the bids/proposals in cooperation with technical team. Preparation of tender result reports.
● Close out reports, call off notices, verification of application for payment, acceptance acts, conduct internal meetings and with Contractor when required and regulated be relevant procedure etc.
● Coordinate with various sections and units the requirements for support services, develop scope of work and liaise with C&P on target of achievement of contract awarding.
● Review/develop of scope of service, schedule of rates and cost estimate for completeness. Preparation of all documents related to Tender process (JPC and tender board submissions, Technical evaluation questioners/reports, full estimation and etc), participant of bids opening, evaluation of proposals received including all requests for qualifications, preparation of technical evaluation reports and scoring tables, ..
Delivery organization of Company goods from Parent Company’s storages located in Turkey, Middle East, South Africa, Europe, USA etc. to Atyrau via delegated Freight Forwarders in accordance with Incoterms 2010.
