I was working on site as Safety officer I was performing these duties writing the permit and i was permit issue, writing Jsa the duties we going to perform for day make sure necessary documents are in place before job commerce. Ensure on site every employee wear right ppe for each their task, Make Sop on site and log in all safety unsafe act and unsafe conditions are on site Reporting all major and minor injuries that occur on site. Every day attend toolbox talk, every three months ensure the color codes of tool been change and inspected, Revome on site defective tools, look after safety harness on site are not using epiry harness, Each employer on site i was organized some training for their employees E.g ott, inductions, confined space, Hotwork, fire fighting etc to ensure its competent person, look after safety files to ensure their medical, training and competent certificate, letter of Good standing, and policy of each company, we approve if it necessary if it is not we meet the safety or supervisor to update their file by putting necessary staff we are loooking for.
