 Directly consulted with project Engineer regarding builds issues.
 Consulted and presented cases to System engineer and chief technician with suggestions of possible causes and reasons therefore.
 Consulted with software engineers and advised them of certain issues, such as bugs that could be solved in later releases of updated versions of software
 Checked and redlined electrical drawings of research and development technician
 Performed stock take of spares onsite e.g. Lesotho
 Provided basic training for interns on certain aspects of their work.
 In charge of a monitoring the status’s of MSR’s and contacting relevant clients, and personnel if an anomaly occurs, such as generator fuel low, Battery voltage low, System on but not scanning etc.
 Consulted with supervisor regarding various connectivity cases, and the remote tweaking of Wi-Fi repeaters for faster more efficient connections and the change of antennas from omni to directional and vice versa.
