Legal Advising:
 Drafting and reviewing contracts such as PPA, JV & procurement agreements.
 Advise deferent department in the company.
Investigation - Malpractice and Misconduct
 Establish new department with its rolls.
 Manage the investigation of any malpractice, misconduct, and fraudulent activity in order to
recommend measures in line with the relevant laws and regulations.
 Improve investigation activities against KPIs objectives.
 Acting as a member of committees with several government agencies relating to financial and
administrative corruption.
Governance:
 Manages all aspects of the affairs of the Board of Directors (Board) and its Committees in their
leadership, accountability and responsibility with regard to governance.
 Implements and maintains operational plans for key corporate governance control activities to ensure
compliance with legal and regulatory policies and procedures.

Legal consultancy:
 Manage the provision of legal advice and recommendations to support CMA's management and committees.
 Manage the draft, and review of contracts, agreements, etc. as required and provide advices.
 Manage the draft, and review of regulations, bylaws, and policies of CMA as needed and provide recommendations to the Chairman and board members.
 Investigate all document, and materials to enhance due diligence by analyzing deferent legal factors and evaluating the potential risks that may be involved in a projected activity or undertaking.
 Direct and oversee the procurement of external legal service providers, as well as oversee the quality of deliverables to ensure that the services are provided as per set standards and expectations.
 Lead and direct the research, analysis and benchmarking for legal issues, including risk management practices, in order to ensure the establishment of legal processes in accordance with the best fitted global practices and world class standards.

 Assigned responsibility of handling labor cases, enforcing compliance of companies’ law, making commercial contracts and managing international trade.
 Advising departments on legal issues and assisting in setting up proposals contracts and internal policies of the company.
 Drafting contracts & agreements.
 Associated as a member in business negotiation and interview team.
 Secretary of the Board.

 Preparing declaration of legal opinion about complaints protests and questions.
 Responsible for the verification on company’s contracts, Commercial Papers Resolution Office and Commercial
adulteration.

 Involved in studying various legal cases and preparing legal pleading.
 Raising issue to the courts and disputes resolution committees.
 Presenting trail cases in front of authorities and clients.
