ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
➢Studying, reviewing and analysing of the project drawings, BOQ and specifications.
➢Raising RFI’s to client for technical clarifications and discrepancies to ensure that the project has been quoted accurately.
➢Preparing a quantity take off if need to double check the BOQ’s.
Recommend the value engineering proposal to meet the client budget.
➢Preparing the final cost sheet that includes labours, materials bought out materials and overheads.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence.
➢ Maintain cost control throughout the project, comparing actual costs to the budget and identifying any discrepancies.
