Responsible for recruiting the best talents for a big number of business services providing companies, looking for middle to senior level Business Development Professionals in Hong Kong.
o In charge of managing a portfolio of hospitality and travel companies, understanding their recruitment needs, arranging job
briefing meetings with Line Managers to agree on qualification criteria for candidates.
o Publishing job ads on career pages, job boards and social media.
o Sourcing the best candidates (active and passive) via different channels (Michael Page database, online

o In charge of arranging job briefing meetings with Line Managers (within the defined SLA)
o Sourcing the best candidates via different channels (on line databases, internal databases, Buddy scheme, LinkedIn), doing innovative market research for finding out and using other sources.
o Performing the screening and shortlisting of suitable candidates.
o Organizing the whole recruitment process, conducting face to face HR interviews, group recruitments.
