the course helps education professionals make better use of economics tools when making complex decisions to improve the quality, efficiency, equity and sustainability of education systems. This course is organized into five modules that enhance the knowledge and skills of participants to help them better apply basic economic concepts, such as education as an investment, costs, efficiency, equality and financing.
the course included different studies of cultural diplomacy and the paper had to be a practcal research in Armenian reality on cultural diplomacy.
