 In-charge for all school furniture, uniforms and school supplies.
 Monitoring a daily sale of school uniforms as well as transferring of furniture from one place to another.
 Responsible in receiving of incoming item from different countries such as Lebanon, Turkey and China.
 Responsible for monthly and year-end inventory.
 Working in computerized software system using MS office program.

 Over all in-charges as head in four schools namely, Ajial Bilingual School, Al-Safwa School, Pakistan English School and College and Indian Central School.
 Monitoring a daily sale of school uniform and books as well as transferring of furniture from one place to another.
 Responsible in receiving of incoming item from different countries such as Pakistan, Lebanon and China.
 Responsible for monthly and year-end inventory.

 Receive all incoming product.
 Binning or put-away items to designate assign slot or location.
 Picking items as per order of showroom (as per description packs, sizes and accurate quantity).
 Familiar with the master location plan where all stocks are properly arranged for access in receiving and issuing of stocks.
 Working in computerized warehousing system (MANHATTAN).

 Handles warehouse operation such as receiving, put away or binning, and updating report to the system, picking and checking of outbound materials.
 Knowledge in exceed 4.0 program.
 Knowledge how to drive FORKLIFT, ESR and TSP (Turret Stock Picking Truck) and VNA(Very Narrow Aisle Truck) or COMBI.
 Provides through checking of container for inbound and outbound deliveries.
 Doing monthly inventory of stocks and comparing the actual against item in the system.
 Offering assistance to team members ensuring all activities are met.

 Coordinate with other department regarding material for quality inspection and other materials to be issued to the production.
 Responsible in the implementation of just in time system and first in first out (FIFO)in the warehouse.
 Conduct product inventory in a monthly basis.
 Ensure and conduct product validity and expiration.
 Receive and record of incoming and outgoing products.
