As a Sales Manager in Desert Adventures I work two main roles over the South and Central American Market as well as Portugal and Spain in Europe.
One is the Business Development where I explore the Market through Sales Calls Trips, Attending to Main Events and Road Shows and I bring in new business/accounts.
The second role is of Managing the Accounts existing and the new ones solving issues, avoiding them from happening, developing strategies to keep them satisfied and producing as well as ensuring the services provided.

Involved in the Launch of Kidzania at Dubai Mall, a unique Mexican Global Project in Dubai. Undertook extensive training and also trained Kidzania staffs through various customer related roles around the establishments.
