Tredin used a large Domino application for health and safety monitoring and a major conversion was planned. They did not have a functional acceptance test environment. Called in to advise on developing a testing environment and develop the needed procedures. After consulting with the entities involved I developed a plan to implement the test environment.

A Telecom organisation wanted to use a call centre, based in Romania, to increase their marketing effectiveness. I was asked to develop ways to supervise the call centre remotely and manage the tasks for them. I developed a pragmatic solution to monitor tasks and manage the call-centre workers. I managed the team that did the first implementation of the application.

Tasks included guiding companies, ING and IBM among others, defining development goals, and manage teams to develop applications and the implementation process including employee induction.
One of the projects was managing a large change plan within ING Wholesale to outsource many of their applications. For ING Direct I developed an audit tracking application that also created periodic snapshots to conserve the current situation, now used globally. Also redesigned a forecasting tool that integrated with Excel which allowed all countries to enter their detailed forecasts and would calculate the results.

Role: IT Architect
