Job Description:
Participates in the implementation and monitoring of various programs/ projects, statements and activities related to Maternal, Neonatal and Child Health and Nutrition (MNCHN) and Pantawid Pampalilya Program;
Participates in the monitoring of the MNCHN program/activities and Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program health related services;
Prepares and submits reports related to MNCHN program/activities and Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program health related services;
Assist in the conduct of Health Education related to MNCHN;
Assists other health team providers in the diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to MNCHN for both normal and specialized treatment case;
Provides Nursing Care Services related to MNCHN;
Coordinates with other health team providers in the provision of Health Care Services;
Assists in the establishment of models for data collecting and documentation system;
Validates/verifies compliance to the conditionalities of Pantawid Pampamilyang Pilipino Program.
Job Description:
Works with adults and children whose first language is not English.
Teaches students proper usage of English Language in all aspects, such as speaking, writing, listening, and etc.
Planning, preparing and delivering lessons and workshops for groups and individuals; designing and producing teaching materials and adapting existing materials; carrying out assessments of students' needs; planning schemes of work; assessing students' progress; keeping records. Specializing in English Grammar.
Job Description:
Gives direct Nursing Care;
Identifies Nursing needs of patients;
Plans, gives and evaluates nursing care;
Performs such nursing activities such as bathing and oral hygiene;
Assists patient in moving, maintaining proper alignment of patient’s body and utilizing good body mechanics;
Takes and Records vital signs;
Observes medical sepsis;
Observes signs and symptoms, institutes remedial action when appropriate and records these in the chart;
Reports Observations to the Physician;
Observes and responds to patient’s emotional spiritual needs;
Interprets to the patient and his/her family their roles in promoting successful therapy and rehabilitation;
Prepares patients for and assists physician with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures;
Carries out doctor’s legal orders;
Assists physician in examining the patients;
Administers and charts medication and patient’s reaction to medications;
Instruct patients and families;
Sees equipment receive proper care maintenance;
Discharge patients;
Performs post-mortem care;
Teaches and directs non-professional nursing personnel;
Receives and endorses ward equipment and supplies;
Interprets Hospital Policies and procedures;
Gives Health teaching;
Maintains good relationship with other hospital personnel;
Charts accurately medications and treatments given; and attends meeting and conferences.
