Sales Assistant in the Automotive Department
- Establish a regular analysis of the market and its opportunities.
- Prepare and implement action plans to increase sales of products and services.
- Establish short and medium term sales forecasts in close collaboration with distributors.
- Provide detailed periodic reports to the hierarchy.
- Manage a client portfolio and monitor its quantitative and qualitative evolution.

- Monthly collect of competitors' sales data from Automobile dealers and AC2A (Association of Automobile Dealers).
- Preparation of the monthly report on the results of the Automobile Department.
- Train the sales teams in the proper use of products and equipment.
- Organizing training and information days and facilitating industrial events.

- Continuous monitoring and analysis of the market and the performance of the brand (qualitatively and quantitatively) and development of strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Collection of information to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure technical tenders.
- Participate actively in trade fairs and events.
- Produce detailed and accurate reports of the activity and situation at top management.
- Identify and execute new sales channels on the national territory.
- Analyze the needs of employees in terms of training and sales support.

-IT Inventory
-Management of IT equipment and update of the User list.
-Lost and stolen reports.
-Submission of requests for authorization for the purchase of IT equipment.
-Update of the telephone directory: update of the organization / user information in the company directory (department, team, sector of activity)
-Recruitment of new recruits, deletion of leavers.
-Organization of user needs.
-Introduction of new IT systems.
-Settings in collaboration with IT services in Europe.
-Coordination between suppliers and European offices.

Head of Accounting and Administration:
- Keeping office accounting / closing on company software.
-Submission of accounting reports to the head office.
-Management and follow-up of Visa procedures, work permit for expatriates.
-Following and updating of the official documents of the office in relation to the official administrations (Ministry of Commerce, Office of Foreign Workforce)
-Preparation of orders, invoices.
-Management of various Secretariat work (Seizure, archiving, mailings and follow-up of letters)
